Henry calls Katie on her cell phone and asks to speak to Mike, and pretends to be Simon. Mike believes that Simon is asking him to entertain Katie during the holidays, since Simon will not be able to leave Australia. Rosanna and Paul find Will standing inside the door of Fairwinds, holding a doll dressed like Cabot. Will explains that, as he entered the door, a woman shoved the doll into his hands and ran away. Paul and Rosanna call Hal to report the intruder to the police, and when Hal arrives, Will can tell that Rosanna believes that he is crazy. Rosanna asks Will to get help, and Hal leaves with Will, taking Will to stay with Kim and Bob Hughes. Rosanna suggests that Paul send Will to a hospital in Switzerland for intensive therapy, but Paul insists that he still believes in Will, and that he will have to be completely convinced that Will is tormenting Rosanna before he sends Will away. Hal and Will stop off at Al's Diner, and Hal asks Will for a description of the mysterious intruder. Will responds, "If I told you, then you'd really want me locked up for good," since he recognized Emily as the woman. As Hal walks away to call Bob Hughes, Will leaves the diner, realizing that he must find out the truth on his own.

Jack takes J. J. to Al's Diner for a sundae, and tries to persuade J. J. that everyone can be one big happy family, Jack, Carly, Parker, Sage, J. J., and Julia. At the same time, Carly walks into the Snyder kitchen, on an errand from Lily. Julia demands that Carly "have some decency and let me and my son alone." Carly responds by comparing Julia to a vampire who is sucking her family dry. Their words escalate into a cat fight, just as Holden walks in the door. Julia conveniently turns on the tears, and Carly declares that whoever suggested that Julia move in should have his head examined. Jack and J. J. walk in the door just in time to hear Carly and to see Julia's tears. Carly and Jack step outside, where she tells him that she is devastated that he would leave his "welcome home" party to set Julia up in his family home. Carly walks off, insisting that Jack can't be everything to both families. Inside, Julia tearfully tells Holden that she will leave right away, and Holden covers her hand with his and urges her to stay. Julia covers his hand with hers and smiles her thanks through even more tears.

Will goes to Hal and Emily's home to confront Emily about her break-in at Fairwinds. Emily is clearly not 'herself,' and cannot confirm or deny any of his allegations. Barbara comes into the kitchen and convinces Emily she must go for more "rest." Will tells his mother about seeing Emily at Fairwinds, but that Hal, Rosanna and Paul believe he is responsible for the trouble there. Barbara is indignant, and insists on helping him, but Will is right to assume that any kind of help from her would land him right back in the state hospital. Barbara declares that she is only trying to help, but he leaves angrily, telling his mother that he would solve this alone, as "I've always been alone!"

Ali, mistakenly believing that all is forgiven with Aaron, arrives at their apartment with a Christmas tree. Aaron, however, asks her to leave, telling her that he cannot forgive her for knowing about his botched surgery and not informing him sooner. He thinks she feels sorry for him, but Alison denies that and says "I'm doing this because you're my guy!" But it doesn't convince him. Stubbornly, Aaron informs her that he is going out and that she and her things must be gone by the time he comes back. Ali is very upset, but plans to leave the Christmas tree and a gift for Aaron. But before she can leave, there is a knock on the door...she of course is excited and thinks it is Aaron -- instead, it is Will, who declares that she is the only person who can help him.

Lucinda tries to convince Sierra to release Craig "forthwith!" as his help is needed to find Lucy, from whom no one has heard in days. Sierra considers, but when Brother Francis calls her to tell her that Margo has inquired about Craig's whereabouts, she digs her heels in and refuses. At Margo's request, Brother Francis visits with Margo and Lily and Lily's home. For a monk, he lies very well, and tells them he knows nothing about Craig. He also declines Margo's request to visit the monastery without a search warrant. This comment causes both Margo and Lily to be very suspicious! "That monk has Craig," Lily says after he leaves her home. When Brother Francis reports back to Sierra, he admits he has misgivings about their plan, but Sierra will not budge. Meanwhile, Lily has taken the matter into her own hands. Convinced that she can find him in the monastery, she dresses as a monk and walks right in. She finds Craig, and smiles widely at her very surprised friend.

Against Henry's advisement, Katie invites Mike and Jennifer to Christmas dinner and then devises a scheme to separate the two. After accidentally burning the roast to a crisp, Katie sends Jennifer into the kitchen to improvise some food with Henry, while Katie enlists Mike to help her with holiday chores. To Katie's chagrin, however, Jennifer's one-minute steak dinner is a smash all around, and Mike seems even more impressed with his new gal. Later, Jennifer raises a glass to her new friend Katie, but as they toast, neither girl takes an eye off the other.

JJ throws a wrench into Julia's Christmas celebration by refusing to open his presents before Jack arrives. Julia calls on Jack, who then calls on Holden to do his Christmas bidding until Jack can pull himself away from Carly. Holden agrees and heads out with Luke towards the farm. Meanwhile, in a tender moment, Carly gives Jack their compass but is interrupted when Hal and Parker arrive. Hal, working hard on the search for Lucy and Rafi, needs Jack back on the police force. Jack agrees, but Carly, hesitant given how his last foray into law enforcement turned out, takes a little longer to come around to the idea. Jack then tells Carly how he sent Holden to Emma's in his place so he could spend more time with Carly. Jack, Carly, Parker and Sage end up having a warm, Snyder-family Christmas. Back at Emma's, Luke takes thrilled JJ for a spin on one of the horses, and relieved Julia thanks Holden by flinging her arms around him, just as Lily walks in the door. All three play it off, but it's clear that it's gotten to Lily somewhat as she continues to keep an eye on Julia through dinner. JJ even warms to Holden, until Jack arrives bearing gifts, and JJ runs and flings his arms around him.

Bud, sick of Dom's murder spree, unlocks Dusty and Jordan, who immediately attempts to enlist his help in getting information from Dom. Bud reluctantly agrees to try. Brother Frances leaves, and Craig, who's been listening, uses the opportunity to lock Sierra in the cell. Sierra, however, is armed herself and deploys the news about Lucy to bribe Craig to free her. They go to the Lakeview, where Dusty tells Craig he's going to make sure Craig stays the heck out of Lucy's disappearance. Finding himself with no other choice, petulant Craig leaves. Lucinda and Hal arrive to say an SOS signal was picked up in the mountains and they're sending a plane, just as Dom overhears all. Meanwhile, Lucy and Rafi hear a plane and think they are saved until they hear the same plane go down.
